Frosting (also called as icing) is a great & fun-filled way to decorate your cake. It is made by creaming butter with powdered sugar. Colorings & flavorings can also be added.

Butter - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1/6 cup
Powdered sugar - 1.5 cups
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar and cocoa. Set aside. Use a beater to cream the butter. Add milk and vanilla. Slowly add sugar & cocoa mixture and beat until creamy.
If too thick, more milk may be added.
- Let the cake cool before frosting it, otherwise frosting will melt because of the heat from the cake.
- Refrigerate the cake after you are done with frosting.
