Avocado Pasta

One of the easiest pasta recipes around and undisputedly healthy... that too in under 20 mins! To all pasta-holics out there, this is one great recipe for your busy mornings...!!

Basic Info
Complexity - Simple
Prep time - 10 mins
Cook time - 10 mins
Serves - 2-3

150g Pasta
1 medium Avocado, pitted & completely mashed
1.5 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder, optional
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper powder / chilli flakes
1/4 cup slivered almonds, finely chopped
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Parmesan cheese, as needed

Cook pasta as per the package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, mix rest of the ingredients until evenly combined.

Drain pasta out of the water into a pan, add the avocado mixture on top of the pasta, combine well and cook until the mixture is heated.

Serve immediately.

- Skip parmesan cheese to make it vegan!
- Note that this pasta is on the blander side without pepper powder / chilli flakes!
