Very healthy & nutritious snack! One of the easiest sundal that you can make for Navarathri.

Prep time - 2-3 hrs (soaking time)

Serves - 2-3
Raw peanuts - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Split urid dal - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli - 1 no (broken into 2 halves)
Curry leaves - 2-3 nos
Wash & soak raw peanuts in water for 2-3 hrs.
Pressure cook peanuts in a cup of water & 3/4 tsp of salt for upto 4 whistles and let it cool.
Heat a tsp of oil, splutter mustard seeds, fry split urid dal until golden brown, fry hing, red chillies, curry leaves until fragrant.
To this add drained peanuts and saute for couple of mins.
Remove from heat and kadalai sundal is ready!
